Y.O.U. stands for You, Others, Us — and each word carries intention. “You” represents the individual’s potential. “Others” highlights the power of collaboration and empathy. “Us” is about community, inclusion, and our shared journey. Through our adaptive product initiatives, scholarship curriculums, and speaking engagements, Y.O.U. is more than a brand — it’s a movement. I co-founded it with my brother, Shaquill, to build not just for individuals, but also with them, to ensure nobody is left behind when opportunity knocks.
